- Can I choose different color shirts with an order?
- Yes, you can mix and match different sizes & colors. Your price per piece will only change between dark or light color shirts. Dark Color shirts are more expensive to print than light colors.

- If I order 100 apparel items, can I split them into two different graphics and still receive 100 quantity pricing?
- No, because it is not 100 quantity. It is two orders of 50 quantity and that is how it would be priced.
Orders are based on graphic setup, (SCREENS) not total quantity. This situation results in twice the setup, twice as many
screens, and twice the run time.

- What affects the price of garments?
- Your price is affected by: the quantity, quality, and color of garments you select; the number of ink colors
used in your artwork; and the number of print locations on the garments.

- Do you have specialty inks?
- Yes, we have flourescent colors as well as puff, shimmer and metallic inks. We also match Pantone colors.

- Does black count as an ink color?
- Yes, count black as well as white when figuring the number of ink colors in your design.

- Can I print a color photograph?
- Yes, but as it involves slightly more sophisticated technology, there is a different pricing structure
and minimum quantity order. Contact us for color photography reproduction.

- What is the minimum order?
- Thirty six (36) garments is our minimum order. You may combine any number of shirt colors
or styles to meet this minimum. For example, order 8 Beefy T-shirts in red, 8 in black and 8 in navy as long
as we dont have to alter the setup. Or you may order 12 t-shirts and 12 tank tops.

- What is your turnaround time?
- Our normal turnaround time is 7 business days. Have you procrastinated? Relax. Expedited
turnaround, even same day service, is available! Please call for details.

Wide Format Printing Questions
- Do you do vinyl or digital signs?
- We can do both. Usually when its something simple like 1 - 4 spot colors we do them vinyl. When its a lot of
colors we make them digital. Or you can just choose which ever you like best.

- What if I order a large quantity of signs?
- If you order more than 10 signs we screen print them because it is faster and cheaper for you.

Full Color Printing Questions
- Why can't I submit my job in RGB color mode?
- A lot of the colors you create in RGB mode are not achievable using standard four-color process printing.
If you submit your job in RGB color mode, we will convert it before it goes to press, which will lead to color shifts
that you may not be happy with. It is always best to create your document from the start in CMYK format to ensure that
you have a better idea of how your colors are going to print.

- Why did the colors print differently from the colors on my monitor?
- Monitors display colors in RGB... not CMYK. As well, most monitors are not calibrated for color
accuracy. There is also a wide range of gamma differences in PCs, Macs and various manufacturers of monitors.
Room lighting can also have an impact of your perception of color. Leave the color to us - we're the experts!
